Praising through the Bible: Encouragement in Deuteronomy

Today's reading (Deut. 23:12-34:12) was full of comfort and encouragement.

Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified...for the Lord your God goes with you. He will never leave you nor forsake you. (Deut. 31:6)

Let the beloved of the Lord rest secure in Him for He shields Him all day long, and the one the Lord loves rests between His shoulders. (Deut. 33:12)

The eternal God is Your refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms. (Deut. 33:27)

I praise You today, Lord, my strength, my rest, my refuge, my support.
