Green Olive Wrap

Marinate these ingredients for a few hours:
10 sliced green olives
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
a pinch of your favorite dried herb blend (I used Fines Herbes from Penzeys)

Spread on a whole wheat wrap and add a slice of provolone cheese.
